A B.A in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, Mr. Crishna worked in Calcutta in Shipping and Tea, moving in 1972 to advertising in Mumbai with DaCunha Associates. He became CEO of Lawkim in 1977, after it was acquired by the Godrej family. He joined the board of Godrej & Boyce in 1990, and and ran its Appliances JV with GE from 1993 – 2001.

Crishna is a Trustee on the Board of The Bombay Scottish Orphanage Society, an Advisory Board Member of the Beachheads Programme of New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, the Boards of Godrej Industries Ltd., Godrej Agrovet Ltd., and Precision Wires (I) Ltd., and an Advisory Board Member of The Institute of Technology Management, Navi Mumbai.

A Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants New Delhi, a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants, Kolkata and a Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries New Delhi, Marker brings 11 years experience in Pharmaceuticals and Engineering to his 19 years in Lawkim to focusing on business profitability.

A B.E(Mech Engg) from VJTI, a Master’s in Financial Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and an LLB degree from Pune University, Pendse is Lawkim’s Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified Black Belt from the American Society for Quality. He drives all techno-commercial operations of Lawkim’s Shindewadi Works, bringing his 20+ years of experience in the Motor industry with Lawkim to creating value for our customers.

Lawkim’s Calibration & Inspection Services have been shaped by Yelve into an asset for its valued customers. With a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra, he brings a wide experience over 14 years in the field.
